We are pleased to share we have exchanged on the land purchase for a new £6m GDV site in the sought-after village of Greet in Gloucestershire.
Manor Court is set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the Cotswolds town of Winchcombe. The exclusive new development will feature a mix of four and five-bedroom houses with views of the surrounding countryside.
Designed with energy-efficiency in mind, each house will benefit from electric car charging ports and air source heat pumps, which are a great energy saving technology with no need to use fossil fuels, giving homeowners a low-carbon and renewable energy source. High-quality finishes throughout will include bespoke details and individual layouts, giving every home its own look and feel.
The development will include hedgehog corridors, a hedgehog house and new bat and bird boxes to preserve and enhance existing biodiversity.
“As with all our schemes, the homes at Manor Court will be tailored to suit the immediate surroundings and designed in a style that’s in keeping with local architecture,” said James Groombridge, Regional Managing Director of Acorn’s Cardiff office.
“Close to the popular town of Winchcombe and less than 10 miles from Cheltenham, Greet is a quintessential Cotswold village, surrounded by expansive countryside and offering the best of town and country living. We’re expecting strong demand ahead of the sales launch.”
Construction work will be undertaken by our construction arm Acorn Homes Construction Solutions (AHCS), who have completed a number of successful developments across Cornwall, Bristol and Somerset. Work on site is due to begin in Spring 2023, with the first homes expected to be build complete in Winter 2023/24.
The new homes will be released for sale in Summer 2023. To register your interest or find our more about Manor Court please click here or call 029 2010 0650.
