£500 VALENTINE’S GIFT

  1. This offer entitles eligible buyers to receive a £500 cashback upon completion of the purchase of a new home.
  2. The offer applies only to new home reservations made between 10th February 2025 and 23rd February 2025 (inclusive).
  3. The reservation must be for a property on one of the selected developments and homes participating in this offer – refer to individual development for details.
  4. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other incentive or discount.
  5. The £500 will be provided as a cashback payment on legal completion of the property purchase.
  6. No alternative forms of payment, including early deductions from the purchase price, will be offered.
  7. The offer does not apply to existing reservations made before 10th February 2025.
  8. It is not available in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly agreed by Acorn.
  9. The offer is subject to withdrawal, amendment, or extension at the Acorn’s discretion without prior notice.
  10. The property purchase must proceed to completion for the cashback to be issued.
  11. Acorn reserves the right to refuse the offer if fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected.
  12. Any disputes relating to the offer will be resolved at the Acorn’s sole discretion.
  13. By proceeding with a reservation under this offer, buyers confirm they have read and understood these terms and conditions.

 

KEY WORKER DISCOUNT

  1. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability, and Acorn Property Group’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. This offer is (subject to clause 2 below) available to Key Workers. “Key Worker” means an individual currently employed (in any capacity) by one of the following bodies/institutions: NHS, Education, Police Force, Fire Service, Ministry of Defence, Environmental Service, National Highways, Probation Service, Local Authority, Prison Service, Transport Scotland, Transport for Wales, Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and Foster Carers.
  1. This offer is available to Key Workers who purchase a new Acorn property. We make this offer available across our Acorn developments from time to time, however, it may not always be available for all categories of Key Workers. We encourage you to please speak with one of our Sales Advisors to check availability and if you have any queries in this respect.
  2. Subject to these terms and conditions, Key Workers are entitled to receive a deposit contribution towards the overall purchase price of the property of £1,000 for every £20,000 spent. Please note that you may be required to pay a contribution towards the purchase price depending on your lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.
  3. The sum to be contributed by Acorn Property Group will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property, and payment will be made by us on legal completion.
  4. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the deposit contribution as soon as reasonably practicable in advance of reserving a property.
  5. Satisfactory evidence of eligibility for this offer must be provided, including (but not limited to) payslips from the three months prior to reservation, Blue Light Card (where available) and identification/proof of trained status.
  6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Acorn Property Group offer, unless otherwise agreed with a sales advisor.
  7. This offer is available on residential properties to eligible purchasers buying the property with cash or with the aid of a mortgage (eligible purchasers must meet their lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria however) and does not exclude eligible purchasers from qualifying for Help to Buy.
  8. This offer is not available on Buy to Let properties.
  9. Purchasers must be over 18 years of age.
  10. Purchasers are required to pay the standard reservation fee for the selected plot.
  11. Purchasers are required to pay the full amount of the relevant contribution upon exchange.
  12. The relevant sum will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion.
  13. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
  14. Acorn Property Group reserves the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time.

 

INTERIORS INCENTIVE

  1. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status, availability and time frame stipulated.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Acorn Property Group offer unless otherwise agreed.
  3. This offer is not available on Buy to Let property purchases.
  4. This sum will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property.
  5. Acorn Property Group’s contribution is paid as one lump sum to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of completion.
  6. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
  7. Consultation with a member of Acorn’s internal Interior Design team must be redeemed within 3 months of completion.
  8. Acorn Property Group reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.

 

ASSISTED MOVE

  1. Acorn Property Group’s (Acorn’s) Assisted Move scheme is designed to help buyers sell their existing property, enabling them to reserve a new Acorn home
  2. This service is available only on selected properties and developments.
  3. The scheme is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly agreed by the Acorn.
  4. Buyers must be the legal owners of the property they wish to sell.
  5. If your property is already on the market, Acorn must be given permission to speak directly with your appointed agent
  6. If your property is not already on the market, we will speak with up to three nominated agent(s) and arrange with them to value your property
  7. A marketing price will be agreed upon between Acorn, the buyer, and the chosen agent(s).
  8. Once the property is on the market, Acorn will reserve the buyer’s chosen new home for a period of six weeks while actively working with the estate agent(s) to secure a sale.
  9. If a sale is not secured within this timeframe, the scheme may be extended at the Acorn’s discretion.
  10. Buyers must complete a reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee to secure their chosen new home.
  11. The reservation fee is refundable if a buyer is not found for the existing property within the agreed period.
  12. If the buyer withdraws from the scheme voluntarily, the reservation fee may not be refunded.
  13. Once a buyer is secured for the existing property, the full reservation process for the new home will be completed, and contracts will be issued to solicitors.
  14. Acorn will continue to work closely with the buyer, estate agent(s), and solicitors to support the sale.
  15. Acorn retains the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the offer at any time without prior notice.
  16. Participation in the scheme does not guarantee a sale of the existing property or the completion of the new home purchase.
  17. Any decisions regarding the acceptance of offers on the existing property must be agreed upon between Acorn, the buyer, and the estate agent(s).
  18. By participating in the Assisted Move scheme, buyers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

ASSISTED MOVE PLUS

Assisted Move Plus is subject to the standard Assisted Move terms and conditions as highlighted above. In addition, the following terms apply:

  1. This offer entitles eligible buyers to receive a £9,000 cashback upon completion of an Acorn home through our Assisted Move scheme
  2. The reservation must be for a property on one of the selected developments and homes participating in this offer – refer to individual development for details.
  3. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other incentive or discount.
  4. The £9,000 will be provided as a cashback payment on legal completion of the property purchase.

ACORN PROPERTY GROUP GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON OFFERS.

Any promoted Acorn offer is subject to contract and status. Offers are on selected plots only and are subject to availability. The offers advertised cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on the same plot unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and details are correct at time of going to press. Acorn reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 28 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.

The current specific offers being advertised in relation to selected Acorn developments are also subject to the specific terms and conditions set out above (N.B. these offers may vary from time to time and you should refer to the development in which you are interested to discover which offers are available on specific plots and developments).

Acorn will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Acorn will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If you require a mortgage, you are strongly advised to obtain advice from a regulated adviser. Acorn recommends from a panel of New Home Mortgage Advisers who have extensive knowledge of the new build mortgage market, though you may, of course, seek such advice from your own mortgage adviser.
