Mette Blackmore, group HR director for Acorn Property Group was recently interviewed by Show House about her role and how Acorn recruits female personnel.
Acorn has grown from strength to strength, starting from a few initial team members to now five regional offices with over 100 staff, 45% of which are female – leading the industry for women in construction, in what can be considered a male-dominated industry.
Acorn is proud to work with schemes such as Women Returners to ensure the best skills are recruited across the board, making the most of the extensive talent pool to build an experienced, professional team.
