Acorn Property Group’s Devon & Cornwall office, Acorn Blue and Somerston Healthcare Properties Limited have completed on the purchase and been granted planning permission to build thirty-eight new homes on a former holiday park site in Duporth, Cornwall.
The Courtyard at Duporth is an Acorn-led development which will feature the conversion and refurbishment of existing stone buildings and carefully designed new build properties which will provide a bespoke collection of 2 and 3-bedroom houses and apartments. The focal point of the development will be a Grade II listed clock tower which will undergo major refurbishment works and is set within a traditional stone communal courtyard. The development also benefits from access to a private woodland and a private beach overlooking St Austell Bay.
Works will start immediately and the first homes are scheduled to be ready for occupation in 2019.
