A property development and investment group of companies with over 25 years of successful trade is looking for a new person to join their dynamic and friendly Finance Department located in the Head Office in Crouch End, London N8.
Who are we looking for:
- previous experience in a similar role
- ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Property background essential
- Knowledge of VAT rules
- Previous exposure of corporate taxes and group reliefs
- Experience in a multi-site environment
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Team player with good communication skills and high level of adaptability
- Ability to critically review and challenge information with strong attention to detail
- Focus on achieving goals
- Experience in management
- Sage Line 50 experience preferred
- Strong excel skills
Key Deliverables
- Audit Overview and planning
- Quarterly management accounts
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Intragroup charges and reconciliation
- Year-end packs preparation
- Involvement in preparation of consolidated P&L and balance sheet
- Review and update of procedures
- Joint Venture account reporting and reconciliation
- Cost of Sales analysis
- Regional result reporting
- Profit Share calculations
- Reviewing and improving processes and procedures
- Assist in tax computations
- Ad hoc system updating, reporting and analysis
