We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our busy Group Marketing Team as maternity cover on an initial 9-month contract. Based in Clifton, Bristol and reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible the coordination of digital marketing for Acorn Property Group, an award-winning independent housebuilder.

Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for social media agency:
  • Maintain social media presence across chosen platforms
  • Liaise with social media agency and marketing team on campaign ideas and strategy
  • Responsible for supplying new assets when available
  • Ensure KPIs are being met
  • Main point of contact for digital agency:
  • Attending weekly meetings
  • Deep dive into priority sites – recommend any optimisations
  • Understanding of PPC cost per lead and investigate any improvements
  • Work on optimising campaigns to ensure optimum value and conversion rates
  • Optimising SEO
  • Feedback on lead quality
  • Ensure display and PPC campaigns are refreshed inline with new assets and sales messages
  • Manage the creation of effective lead nurturing funnels through CRM system with the aim of improving lead to sale conversion
  • Set up and manage paid for social media marketing campaigns, set budgets and analyse ROI
  • Grow output of video content
  • Increase output of video content across social channels, website and HTMLs inline with development / business requirements
  • Assist in creating video content
  • Create and optimise website hosted blogs to help boost SEO, user engagement and provide content for socials and HTMLs
  • Utilise PR generated across website and social media
  • Understand what our most effective leads channels are and how they can be best optimised
  • Understand cost per lead and cost per sale
  • Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure digital campaigns are tracked
  • Measure key performance metrics – website traffic, audience engagement etc
  • Acorn Website:
  • Ensure non-development specific pages are kept updated and refreshed with engaging copy
  • Create development landing pages to assist with SEO
  • Evaluate emerging technologies – application of chatbots / AI
  • Report on digital performance in monthly marketing meetings
  • Weekly analysis and collation of leads generated across digital channels and web traffic
  • Create and optimise automated lead nurturing HTMLs via CRM system

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills – ability and drive for creating engaging content
  • Proven experience in SEO, and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) is essential
  • Strong understanding of campaign management principles and best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools and strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed
  • CMS and CRM experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Full driving licence and use of own car beneficial
