For any history buffs, moments from Bonvilston you will find the National Trust owned Dyffryn House and Gardens, where you can explore 55 acres of Edwardian garden design.

Just 5 miles from Cottrell Gardens is the vibrant market town of Cowbridge. Just a short drive from Bonvilston, you will find the Glamorgan Heritage Coast boasting 14 miles of unspoilt coastline, spectacular cliffs, secluded coves and ever-changing seascapes. The renowned Wales Coast Path can be explored from Ogmore by Sea to Porthcawl and beyond, a beautiful route that takes in golden beaches, dramatic cliffs and Ogmore Castle.
